BPCC PHILOSOPHY - OUR STATEMENT
Our centre provides a SAFE, caring, warm environment that is welcoming, inclusive, supportive and creates a sense of belonging for all families, children, educators, and our community – we say its OUR PLACE WHERE CHILDREN SPEND QUALITY TIME.
BPCC is a FUN, happy place where many friendships and respectable relationships are formed, which enhances children’s wellbeing.
Voices from everyone are heard, especially children’s voices and discussions with educators, as their suggestions and ideas contribute to our daily program.
We understand the importance of PLAY and offer children many opportunities to be involved in planned, structured and spontaneous activities during their TIME at the centre.
We value FAMILY partnerships – where all families are encouraged to be involved and work collaboratively with educators, sharing ideas, talking, and listening to their voices making decisions together.
The team of educators at BPCC are dedicated, caring and professional people, with some having many years of experience and all with varied qualifications, all Educators go out of their way to make our centre a home away from home for all children.
We strive to provide a high QUALITY program by following the National Quality Framework (NQF) and implementing the School Age Frame work called MTOP (My Time Our Place) incorporating the 7 National Quality Standards and the 5 learning outcomes which are.
