Our Team
Educators
Our team of educators at BPCC are highly dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children. The educators create a nurturing, fun and safe home-like environment for the children during their time at the centre. Each educator brings with them many and varied talents and skills that are used to cater for children’s individual needs and interests.
All staff have Working with Children clearance and are qualified to provide emergency first aid in an education and care setting, which includes management of Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Nominated Supervisor - Janet Carpenter
Janet has been employed at the centre for 37 years. She has formal qualifications and much experience working with 5-12-year olds. Janet has special interests in sport and outdoor activities.
Janet has a passion to support and develop children in all facets of their life and development. She acknowledges the importance of guiding and mentoring the Educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to best support the children at the centre. Janet also has great skills in guiding the Educators in the programming and evaluation of each child’s learning, play and development.

Centre Co-Ordinator/Educational Leader - Jackie Samiri
Jackie has been employed at the centre for 25 years. She has formal qualifications and experience working with 0-12-year olds. Jackie is particularly keen on art and crafts and sports activities and sharing her skills with the children.
